By accessing or using our Service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Privacy Policy
Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information. Use of our Service signifies your consent to the Privacy Policy.
2. Service Overview
EduPractica offers online, AI-powered practice and tutoring in subjects like law, aptitude tests, and more. Members can schedule sessions, track progress, access test questions, mock exams, and interact through the EduPractica Portal.
3. Eligibility & Registration
You must be of legal age to register, or have a parent/guardian’s consent if under 18. Users under 13 must have verified parental approval. You must not have been suspended or banned from the Service.
You agree to maintain accurate account information and notify us of unauthorized use. Guest accounts may access limited features but must upgrade to a paid membership to attend classes or use premium tools.
4. Membership, Billing & Cancellation
Membership is subscription-based and billed monthly, unless otherwise agreed. Details are provided during enrollment. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 3 business days before the next billing date.
Refunds are not provided for partial months. To cancel, follow the instructions in your account settings or contact support@edupractica.com.
5. Make-Up Sessions
Missed sessions are not refunded, but may be rescheduled if requested at least 24 hours in advance. Make-up sessions must be used within 90 days and are subject to availability.
6. Score Guarantee & Free Trials
EduPractica may offer score-improvement guarantees for select exams if minimum study requirements are met. Details are outlined on our website. Free trials may be available and convert to paid subscriptions if not cancelled in time.
7. User Conduct & Restrictions
You agree not to:
Use the Service for illegal, abusive, or offensive purposes.
Reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
Misrepresent your identity or infringe others’ rights.
Post or share unauthorized or harmful content.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules.
8. Intellectual Property
All Service content, trademarks, and designs are owned by EduPractica or its licensors. You retain ownership of your own content but grant us a license to use it to provide the Service.
9. Confidentiality
You agree to keep our proprietary information confidential and use it only as permitted by us.
10. Communications
By providing your contact information, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails regarding your account and Service updates. Standard carrier rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional messages at any time.
11. Warranty Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for inaccuracies, interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of the Service. Some jurisdictions may not allow certain disclaimers.
